Arm Candy (part 2)

Yesterday I posted some of my current favorite watches. I mentioned that I loved wearing them with several bracelets. So, today I’m posting some of my favorite bracelets at the moment. You can wear some or all of these along with any of the watches from the previous post (or any watches you own — get creative!). And just kind of a quick side note — while these are some of the bracelets I’m really liking at the moment, these are just few. There are a lot more bracelets that I like. If you’re looking to find some stylish bracelets, some of my favorite go-to brands/shops (in all price ranges) are: Kendra Scott, Anthropologie, JCrew, Forever 21, Loren Hope and Nordstrom (you can find so many great brands on here, some of my favorites being Marc Jacobs, Kate Spade and Michael Kors). You can also find some at Shopbop, Express, Juicy, etc.

1. Anthropologie Yellow Fori Bracelet, 2. Anthropologie Nouveau ID Bracelet, 3. Kendra Scott Lila Bangles in Brass, 4. Kendra Scott Cassie Bracelet in Chalcedony, 5. JCrew Triple Stripe Bracelet, 6. JCrew Golden Cabochon Bracelet, 7. Anthropologie Pave Pompom Cuffs, 8. Kendra Scott Artemis Bracelet in Brass, 9. Anthropologie Vivi Bracelet, 10. Gorjana Parker Leather Wrap Bracelet, 11. Arm Candy (part 1)

Prior to meeting my husband, I was not a fan of watches. I only saw them for their purpose — to tell time — and not as a fashionable accessory. Because I always checked my phone for the time, I never really cared for watches. My husband, however, LOVES watches. It is one of the few things (and probably the most important) he cares about when it comes to fashion. He has a deep appreciation for watches and when he shared that with me, I started realizing there were a lot that I liked. Thanks to designers like Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors, I am now a *big* fan of watches. One of my favorite ways to wear them is with a variety of bracelets (different colors, metals, types, etc). I wore a ton of bracelets at once when I was in high school and college. Some of my friends then would sarcastically ask if I was wearing enough bracelets and if I needed anymore. Now that wearing a lot of bracelets at once is in style, I don’t get asked that as much 🙂 Today, I’ll be posting some of my favorite watches. Tomorrow, I’ll be posting some of my favorite bracelets that you can pair with some of these watches.

All of that being said, here are some of my favorite watches at the moment. I love watches but tend to be picky. I’m *really* big on details. I don’t like plain looking watches, and each of the watches below I love for their details.

1. Michael Kors Runway Chronograph Watch – Bronze, 2. Burberry Stamped Leather Strap Watch, 3. Michael Kors Double Wrap Leather Watch, 4. Marc Jacobs Marc Mode Pelly Watch, 5. Micahel Kors Ceramic Dylan Chronograph Watch, 6. Michael Kors Rose Golden Chronograph Watch, 7. Anthropologie Viscid Watch (also available in pink, orange, yellow), 8. Marc by Marc Jacobs Icon Stripe Watch, 9. Michael Kors Tortoise Jet Set Watch, 10. Marc by Marc Jacobs Blade Watch

JewelMint Bermuda Earrings: Support Autism Speaks

Hi, everyone! I hope you had an amazing weekend! This weekend went by way too quickly. Today has been a busy day! I am finally relaxing and posting on my blogs. Today I wanted to share some earrings that I really like not only because of their style but also because of what they support. I’m sure you’ve heard of JewelMint — isn’t their jewelry fabulous? Well, this specific pair of earrings by JewelMint supports Autism Speaks. 50% of the proceeds from their Bermuda earrings (pictured below) will be donated to Autism Speaks. I am a big supporter of charities and love to donate when I can, but I especially support Autism charities because it is something near and dear to my heart — my nephew is Autistic. I have to admit, I had not really heard of Autism much at all prior to my nephew being diagnosed. Now that I know more about it, it seems that I am constantly hearing about it — kids are being diagnosed more and more with it and it is something we all need to be educated about. So, check out these great earrings below, and remember, if you buy them, you’re not only looking great but you’re also donating to a great cause.

Happy Monday, everyone!

Current Faves: Tops

I’ve been searching for some new tops for the spring/summer to add to my wardrobe. The problem with me as you may have already noticed is that I like way too many things. I mean, it is very easy for me to walk into a store and find 10 items I like within the first minute. It’s a disease! That being said, while doing some browsing online, I found quite a few cute tops that I really like. It took a while to narrow it down — you may be thinking, you narrowed it down?! There are still a lot of options…

I love the colors in the first 3. The good thing with these is that you can easily dress them up with some great accessories, jewelry and/or a blazer. I love the colors of option number 2 — the pink and orange/red color-blocking seems to be everywhere right now. And I’m absolutely in love with the fourth option — it has beautiful detail and is a very feminine top.

1. Neon Racerbank Tank, 2. Colorblock tank, 3. Silk Picket-Stripe Tee, 4. Scallop Lace Top

I love all of these tops and I am loving all the sequins! Option 2 is beautiful — it looks simple in the photo, but check it out for yourself up close. It has some beading in the shape of a necklace on the t-shirt — makes for really pretty detail!

1. Silk bow cami, 2. Jewel Necklace Tee, 3. Sequin Stripe Tank, 4. Stripe Sequin Tank, 5. Sequin Anchor Tank

I am loving these Zara tops. They are all so feminine and pretty. I love the second one — the studs, the color and the frill all make this top a great choice. And I think the first one is gorgeous — probably one of my faves.

1. Embroidered Blouse, 2. Top with Studded Collar, 3. Blouse with Contrasting Collar, 4. Blouse with Diamante Collar

What is there not to love about both of these shirts? I love the shape of them both, and I am LOVING the pattern and colors of the first one.

1. Dusk Leaves Corset Top, 2. Peplum Ponte Tank
